The Role  

As part of this thriving team, you will be contributing to the delivery of comprehensive cost management services tailored to diverse client needs. You’ll collaborate with and support junior and senior colleagues alike while working on a range of exciting responsibilities, including:  

- Cost planning  
- Procurement  
- Contract Administration / Employer’s Agent duties 
- Value engineering  
- Change control  
- Cost reporting  
- Cashflow forecasting  
- Valuations 
- Final accounts  
- Supply chain engagement  

This role offers variety and exposure to both technical and client-facing aspects of projects, ensuring a challenging and rewarding workload.  

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for ambitious, proactive individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding quantity surveying advice. To be successful in this role, you should:  

- Have a degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.  
- Be working towards or already hold a professional qualification with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or a similar professional body.  
- Be confident in providing forward-thinking, client-focused solutions.  
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a determination to excel.
