Loss Adjuster - Commercial

Our client is a global leader in commercial and specialist lines adjusting, who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Adjuster to join their UK team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of commercial property claims, leveraging your technical expertise and commercial acumen.


The role: 
 
- Handle complex commercial and specialist lines claims from instruction to settlement
- Conduct thorough investigations and site visits to assess damages and losses
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports for clients and insurers- Liaise with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Negotiate settlements in line with policy terms and conditions
- Identify potential fraud or subrogation opportunities
- Contribute to the development of junior team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loss adjusting
- CII, III, or CILA qualifications (or working towards them)
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using claims management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid UK driving license
