Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic, independent business delivering high-profile projects across London and the surrounding areas. The role involves managing diverse schemes, including hotels, commercial Cat A/B, cut-and-carve refurbishments, leisure facilities, and town regeneration projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Oversee procurement processes and contract administration.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all project phases.
- Provide leadership to junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in sectors such as commercial, hospitality, leisure, or urban regeneration.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and contractual frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional memberships (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are advantageous but not essential.
