Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in leading and delivering complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. This is an exciting opportunity to work across sectors such as office fit-outs, residential developments, and mixed-use schemes while collaborating with a dynamic and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management and delivery of projects ranging from £2m to £50m+, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Oversee all phases of project lifecycles, from feasibility and planning to completion and handover.
  • Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide contract administration using JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the consultancy’s service offering.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven track record in project management within the commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and experience with JCT or NEC contracts.
  • MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
