Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in leading and delivering complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and delivery of projects ranging from £2m to £50m+, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee all phases of project lifecycles, from feasibility and planning to completion and handover.
- Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate and collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide contract administration using JCT and NEC contracts.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the consultancy’s service offering.
- Proven track record in project management within the commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and experience with JCT or NEC contracts.
- MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
