We're excited to welcome an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our dynamic team covering the Northwest region. In this role, you'll handle a diverse range of Commercial property damage and Business Interruption losses, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of claims from initial field assessment to settlement, all while meeting clients' service level agreements and rigorous audit standards. Additionally, your manager will provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship, particularly for complex claims, fostering your personal growth and development.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in commercial claims, with existing market recognition within the regional area being advantageous. A competitive package will be offered commensurate with experience.
Qualifications and traits we're seeking:
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Strong background in handling commercial claims.
- Ideally pursuing or committed to advancing ACII and ACILA qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proactive approach and ownership of caseload management.
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Conscientious, hardworking, and adaptable to fluctuations in workload.
- Strong prioritisation skills and ideally educated to an advanced level.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
