Rotate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our Client's team, managing a diverse range of commercial property damage and business interruption claims.
 
In this role, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of claims, from initial site visits through to settlement, ensuring adherence to the Client's service level agreements (SLAs) and meeting stringent audit requirements. You will also work towards monthly financial and settlement targets set by your line manager.
 
Though you will operate autonomously, regular communication with your line manager will provide valuable support, guidance, and mentorship, particularly for more complex claims, helping you to enhance your professional development.
 
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong customer focus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Significant experience in handling commercial claims.
- A commitment to advancing professional qualifications, such as ACII and ACILA, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems and applications.
- The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
- Strong organisational skills, enabling you to manage your caseload efficiently and effectively.
- A talent for fostering positive relationships with clients.
- A conscientious, hardworking approach with the flexibility to adapt during busy periods.
- The ability to prioritise daily tasks and workloads.
- Ideally, advanced level education.
- A full UK driving licence.
