Our client is experiencing sustained growth and seeks experienced chartered building surveyors for their expanding Building Consultancy team in London.
Job Description: The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of building consultancy services across various industries, including industrial, retail, healthcare, leisure, automotive, and commercial sectors. The role involves new business development and client-facing management, with a hybrid mix of home and office working.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake professional instructions such as dilapidations, TDD acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, PPMs, feasibility studies, and party walls.

  • Advise clients on technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation, and restoration matters.

  • Coordinate with external consultants for detailed surveys.

  • Develop new business and manage key client relationships.

  • Produce and present reports to clients.

Skills & Experience:

  • MRICS Chartered status

  • Preferred experience in the commercial property sector

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • High computer literacy

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Full clean driving license
