We now have an excellent opportunity for a talented loss adjuster to join our Agriculture & Rural Network Team, ideally based in the Swindon/Gloucester/Worcester area.

At Sedgwick, our Agriculture and Rural Network deals with a wide range of claims coming from the rural community.

As experienced Loss Adjuster you will investigate and agree losses on behalf of specialist rural insurance companies. You will meet their customers and assess their property and financial losses. These claims could range from damage to domestic homes, commercial claims, agriculture and potentially anything in between.

You`ll work as part of a specialist team of Loss Adjusters and Claim Professionals. You will be supported by a dedicated, local team of experienced staff, all focused on delivering an unrivalled customer experience.

You will be responsible for effectively managing a caseload and meeting all client expectations as well as maintaining and developing support from specialist rural Insurance Brokers and Agents.

You`ll be given full autonomy to use your initiative, empathy and understanding to customers - literally putting yourself in their shoes, but also using your business acumen to provide the right outcome.

Many of our colleagues now benefit from working flexibly between the office and home, which helps support a healthy work/life balance.  When you do spend time in our offices, you’ll experience bright and open surroundings which offer excellent areas for collaboration as well as desk space.  It’s an ideal environment for working alongside and interacting with fellow colleagues.
