Domestic Loss / Property Adjuster

The Role
 
A team of professional, well-organised, and dedicated individuals is sought to join as Domestic Loss Adjusters. This role involves handling a portfolio of domestic losses, from initial customer visits to claim finalisation. With experience and potential professional qualifications, you could progress to handling claims up to £100k in value.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Assess and manage domestic property damage claims
- Conduct site visits and interact with policyholders
- Coordinate with internal and external specialists
- Provide regular updates to customers
- Analyse causes and extent of losses
- Negotiate fair settlements
- Manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Adapt to various working environments (site, home, office)

Requirements
 
- Valid full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work away from home occasionally
- Basic understanding of home insurance policies and domestic property construction (for those without prior loss adjusting experience)
