We are representing a well-established and highly regarded project management consultancy that delivers high-quality solutions across a range of sectors, including industrial, logistics, commercial, data centres, retail, residential, and infrastructure. Their expertise ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. They are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their London office in Waterloo.
 
Role Overview
 
As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure the seamless delivery of each phase of the project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of construction and property projects.

  • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.

  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies.

  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company best practices.

  • Provide strategic advice to clients to drive project success.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

  • Support business development activities, including bidding for new projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.

  • A degree in a relevant field (Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, etc.).

  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or similar are advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

  • Commercial awareness with experience in budget and cost management.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
