Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake building surveys, inspections, and reports across a variety of property types.
- Provide professional services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, schedules of condition, and planned maintenance.
- Manage contract administration and project management of refurbishment and new-build schemes.
- Conduct defect diagnosis and provide expert advice to clients.
- Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the department.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- MRICS qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment, working across commercial and/or residential sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in professional services and project management.
