This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. The successful candidate will have the option to specialise in either project-based work or professional services, depending on their skills and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver high-quality building surveying services to a broad client base, including investors, developers, occupiers, and public sector organisations.
● Manage and deliver a range of projects including refurbishments, new builds, and fit-outs.
● Provide professional services such as dilapidations, party wall matters, technical due diligence, and building surveys.
● Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
● Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
● Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

● MRICS qualified (Chartered Building Surveyor).
● Proven experience in building surveying, with a focus on either project management or professional services.
● Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
● Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools.
