The Role
Seeking a Building Surveyor with at least 1.5 years post qualification experience to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors, providing comprehensive surveying services from inception to completion.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, offering expert advice on property and construction matters.

  • Building Surveys: Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.​

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years' experience in building surveying, with a strong focus on project management.

  • Willingness to travel as required.​
