The Role
Seeking a Building Surveyor with at least 1.5 years post qualification experience to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors, providing comprehensive surveying services from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, offering expert advice on property and construction matters.
Building Surveys: Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
