Are you a motivated Building Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate individual to deliver high-quality building surveying services across a diverse range of commercial, residential, and public sector projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a broad range of building surveying services, including condition surveys, technical due diligence, and defect diagnosis.
  • Support project work such as refurbishments, fit-outs, and maintenance, from concept design through to completion.
  • Prepare detailed specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
  • Provide professional services including dilapidations, party wall matters, and building reinstatement valuations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Offer expert advice on building regulations, planning applications, and statutory compliance matters.
  • Assist in business development activities, supporting senior team members in client engagement and growth initiatives.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Recently chartered or intermediate-level Building Surveyor (MRICS preferred).
  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in delivering both professional and project-led building surveying services.
  • Strong technical expertise with a thorough understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools is desirable.
