✅ Oversee the preparation of reports, schedules, and specifications
✅ Mentor and support junior surveyors, assisting with their professional development

✅ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:
 
✅ RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record in managing complex projects
✅ Experience across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
✅ Strong understanding of building construction, defects, and regulations
✅ Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage teams
✅ Proven experience in mentoring junior staff and developing talent
