Senior Associate - Chartered Building Surveyor
A leading international, independent real estate consultancy is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join their market-leading Dilapidations team. You will actively support the Dilapidations service offering and work closely with industry-renowned experts, managing all stages of the dilapidations process at various complexities.

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, contract administration, etc.) within key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential
- Act as project lead, taking responsibility for all stages of the dilapidations process including client care, site surveys, fee proposals, invoicing and negotiations
- Manage an existing, lucrative client base
- Develop and mentor junior surveyors, including graduates or apprentices, and support their APC
- Support the senior team and Directors in delivering client growth plans and service growth goals, actively enhancing service delivery
- Provide exceptional client care and collaborate effectively with internal teams to complete projects efficiently
Candidate Profile
- MRICS qualification or simmilar
- Dilapidations experience, including dealing with negotiations or interest in learning/focusing on this area
- Ability to take ownership and facilitate projects from start to finish, or keen to learn how to manage/lead successfully
- Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to progress
- Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants
- Excellent presenting, communication, and report writing skills
