Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the design, planning, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Provide strategic advice and technical input to clients, adding value through innovative problem-solving and expertise.
- Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and contractor performance to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project quality, safety, and compliance.
- Deliver detailed project reports and updates, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and performance.
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- MRICS qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Extensive experience managing projects within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in cleanroom, laboratory, or highly controlled environments is highly desirable.
