Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the development of fire safety strategies for diverse, high-profile projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Act as the technical authority for fire safety design, fire risk assessments, and compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and industry professionals, to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Drive the growth of the fire engineering division, contributing to business development and the acquisition of new projects.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, maintaining and enhancing the firm’s reputation as a leader in fire engineering.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in Fire Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in fire safety engineering, with a strong track record of leading projects and managing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire clients and team members.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with experience in developing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., IFE) is highly desirable.
