Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of reinstatement works following insured property damage (e.g. fire, flood).
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor health & safety compliance on all sites.
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to secure approvals and manage project changes.
Maintain accurate project records in CRM systems.
Ensure client satisfaction is upheld throughout the claims journey.
Conduct regular progress updates, site visits, and final handovers.
Drive claims progression and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within insurance repairs, restoration, or high-volume building works.
Strong knowledge of property repair processes and contractor management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to reactive workloads.
Commercial awareness and budget management capability.
Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and reporting software.
Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and committed to quality outcomes.
Full UK driving license required.
