Role Overview: As a Commercial Loss Adjuster, you will manage claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring a customer-focused experience throughout the process. Your portfolio will typically include claims ranging from £10K to £100K across sectors such as Property Owner, Retail, Industrial, and Offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring a customer-focused experience.
Engage effectively with customers and third parties, providing clear communication and promptly addressing inquiries.
Manage a diverse portfolio of claims, typically ranging from £10K to £100K across sectors such as Property Owner, Retail, Industrial, and Offices.
Collaborate with other Commercial Adjusters, the Team Leader, and Technical Experts to ensure comprehensive support.
Utilize negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes in claims settlements while providing excellent customer service and fostering relationships with clients.
Participate in surge event management to provide vital support during critical times.
Take responsibility for ongoing technical development.
Travel to sites as required
Qualifications:
Experience in handling high-value commercial property claims.
Knowledge of general building construction.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Qualifications such as Cert CII or Cert CILA are preferred.
Ability to manage suppliers and builders with tight controls to protect indemnity spend.
Capacity to assess and review claims, identifying coverage, validation, and recovery issues.
Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs and prioritize work effectively.
Clean driving license.
