Role Overview:
As a Commercial Loss Adjuster, you will manage claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring a customer-focused experience throughout the process. Your portfolio will typically include claims ranging from £10K to £100K across sectors such as Property Owner, Retail, Industrial, and Offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring a customer-focused experience.
  • Engage effectively with customers and third parties, providing clear communication and promptly addressing inquiries.​
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of claims, typically ranging from £10K to £100K across sectors such as Property Owner, Retail, Industrial, and Offices.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial Adjusters, the Team Leader, and Technical Experts to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes in claims settlements while providing excellent customer service and fostering relationships with clients.
  • Participate in surge event management to provide vital support during critical times.​
  • Take responsibility for ongoing technical development.​
  • Travel to sites as required
Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling high-value commercial property claims.
  • Knowledge of general building construction.​
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications such as Cert CII or Cert CILA are preferred.
  • Ability to manage suppliers and builders with tight controls to protect indemnity spend.
  • Capacity to assess and review claims, identifying coverage, validation, and recovery issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs and prioritize work effectively.​
  • Clean driving license.
