The Opportunity
We are excited to present outstanding opportunities for experienced and driven Claims Professionals/Commercial Adjusters to join the Client’s growing team. These positions are home-based, focusing on the London region and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial claims, from investigation through to settlement, ensuring compliance with technical and operational policies, including data protection and information security standards.
The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating, negotiating, and agreeing on the settlement of claims in a professional manner.
- Liaising with insured parties, insurers, and brokers to achieve timely and professional resolution of claims.
- Conducting on-site investigations and damage surveys.
- Producing high-quality reports in line with professional standards and internal guidelines, adhering to agreed timelines.
- Actively contributing to the Client’s business development initiatives.
- Networking, identifying, and facilitating opportunities for business growth.
- Undertaking projects and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Successful candidates will hold or be working towards professional qualifications and have experience in commercial or domestic loss adjusting or related professions. You will demonstrate a focus on quality, communication, and organisational skills.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- A positive reputation within the Broker and Insurer market is advantageous.
- Salary: Market-competitive.
- Pension: 5%.
- Annual Leave: 25 days (up to Associate) and 30 days for Director-level roles.
- Car Allowance: Up to £6,600.
- Bonus: 25% on 3x annual salary. Example: Salary = £40,000; Target = £120,000; Billing £150,000 yields £7,500 bonus.
