We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Clients office-based team, where you will play a key role in evaluating and processing scopes of work submitted by our trusted network of Restoration and Construction professionals.
Your primary focus will be collaborating with our suppliers and clients to establish an agreed scope of repairs, ensuring properties are restored to their pre-loss state as efficiently as possible.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating strong relationships with our supplier network
  • Facilitating clear communication between all stakeholders throughout the claims process
  • Assessing costs and verifying policy coverage
  • Overseeing final reconciliation for completed work
  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements
  • Applying client-specific guidelines to repair schedules
  • Coordinating with contractors and clients to finalize work plans
  • Making sure repair schedules are practical and cost-effective
  • Providing guidance and support to our supplier network
  • Proactively addressing challenges that arise during the claims process
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport effortlessly
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and investigative ability
  • Previous experience in claims validation, insurance, or within the drying/construction industry is essential
  • A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
