Your primary focus will be collaborating with our suppliers and clients to establish an agreed scope of repairs, ensuring properties are restored to their pre-loss state as efficiently as possible.

- Cultivating strong relationships with our supplier network
- Facilitating clear communication between all stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Assessing costs and verifying policy coverage
- Overseeing final reconciliation for completed work
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Applying client-specific guidelines to repair schedules
- Coordinating with contractors and clients to finalize work plans
- Making sure repair schedules are practical and cost-effective
- Providing guidance and support to our supplier network
- Proactively addressing challenges that arise during the claims process
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport effortlessly
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail and investigative ability
- Previous experience in claims validation, insurance, or within the drying/construction industry is essential
