Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of building surveyors, offering guidance, professional development, and performance management.
- Deliver a comprehensive range of building surveying services, including technical due diligence, condition surveys, project management, refurbishment, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-profile clients across various sectors.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for new services and expanding existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with other service lines within the business to deliver integrated property solutions for clients.
- Ensure the highest standards of technical delivery and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of building surveying, including dilapidations, party walls, and project work.
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
