Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of building surveyors.
Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Foster a collaborative culture and support continuous professional development.
Project & Professional Surveying:
Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including condition surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidation assessments, and refurbishment works.
Ensure that all surveying activities comply with current industry standards, building regulations, and sustainability best practices.
Prepare comprehensive and clear technical reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.
Business Development & Strategy:
Contribute actively to business planning and strategy development.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through innovative service offerings.
Lead bids and proposals, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base, including commercial and public sector clients.

Financial & Operational Management:

Essential Qualifications & Skills
Professional Accreditation:
Chartered Building Surveyor with full MRICS membership (or equivalent).
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in building surveying, with a proven record in managing both professional and project-based work.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of building surveying disciplines, including condition surveys, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and refurbishment strategies.
Strong understanding of building regulations, planning permissions, and sustainable practices.
Leadership & Management:
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
